Ninety- five. Your sister Lily.
"The wrist watch", Ezekiel began the moment they entered the car to return home, "how did you get it?", he asked.
"Milky", Monalissa replied. "She gave it to me during the tour round the Realm".
"You're quite keen on this", Ezekiel said.
"I can't let Neon win over me this time. I can't lend him that chance", Monalissa said.
"But don't you think that the wrist watch is a little too extreme?", Ezekiel pointed out.
Monalissa looked at him. "Nothing's excess, as long as I know the truth. Moreover, I wouldn't even be surprised if Elijah already has someone beside Doctor Maya", Monalissa enunciated.
Ezekiel looked at her. "How so?", he asked.
"They might have already infiltrated", she said.
"Then, Doctor Maya's results is cancelled", Ezekiel muttered.
"Do you have any other doctor in mind?", Monalissa asked. "This could actually lead them to the wrong direction", Monalissa said, glee evident in her tone.
"Kim, what's up with that doctor from Arianna's side?", Ezekiel asked his subordinate.
"He's left the country to another place he finds more peaceful", Kim replied.
"Call him. Have him return early tomorrow morning", Ezekiel ordered.
"Yes Boss", Kim replied.
"I don't need to tell you tobe discreet about this", Ezekiel said.
"Yes Boss", Kim said.
"I can't let Neon ride over me", Ezekiel said, his voice low with fury. The air in the car was suddenly electric with tension, crackling with unspoken fury.
Monalissa noticed this and looked at her master. She reached for his hand, taking it in hers in an attempt to calm him down.
Ezekiel looked at her, his eyes reducing the intensity of the furnace in them. "Walker", his voice came out shaky. His emotions were popping.
Kim bit down on his lips in an attempt to calm himself down. His master had actually gone through a lot in the hands of Neon and his people. They were always aiming at him putting him through all sorts of situations.
"Master, don't let Neon work you up. I'm here. I will fight with you and we'll attain victory together. Everything that Neon is doing now, is just nothing but play. We'll laugh in the end", she encouraged.
The remaining anger in his eyes vanished as though they had never been there. It was replaced by an inexplicable softness. He reached towards her and pulled her into his arms, her scent giving him comfort and awakening his pent-up desire in that moment. He didn't say anything but just nestled his face into her neck, breathing her in.
"Don't fret master. I will protect you", Monalissa said.
A soft knock came on her door, dragging her away from the couch she had been sitting on. She squeaked the doorknob pulling the door open. Hera stood there with a set of clothes.
"Hey", Hera said in greeting.
"Oh, hey", Camille replied, unsure of what to say.
"It's almost time", Hera said.
"Time for what?", Camille asked, confused.
Hera chuckled slightly. "My parent's return. They're almost here", Hera said.
"Where are they now?", Camille asked.
"At the gate", Hera replied.
Camille raised her eyes to the window her gaze shifting towards the direction of the gate. "That's a long way though", Camille blurted.
"Yeah. You should get ready to meet them", Hera requested.
Camille looked at what she was sporting. A pair of joggers with a black cardigan and her hair tied in a messy bun. "I look quite lovely", Camille said in between laughter causing Hera to laugh as well.
"I will help you get ready", Hera offered.
"No way. I'll do that myself. I don't need your parents' trouble", Camille joked while letting her in.
"They won't even mind what I do. They don't care", Hera complained.
"Hey, don't think that way. They love you very much. You were there for them their whole life, filling up the void Lily left. They can't stop loving you. Don't listen to whatever makes you feel unloved", Camille said.
Hera shrugged at all that Camille had said, her mind assimilating a little if it.
"We might actually come over to Moon country, to see Lily", Hera said after some time. "Given my parents' longing for Lily, they won't sit down a day".
"That's alright anyways. And I promise you, you won't regret meeting your sister, Lily", Camille assured.
