My heart got tight. I recalled myself from not long ago, I also wanted to beg for mercy but I was gagged. I knew how that man felt.
'My Lord!" I called for him and Lorcan turned around. He looked at me and I could see how angry he was. Somehow I felt as if I might be partially the cause of his anger.
"I'm sorry for disturbing you, may I go with your sons on a short ride?" I blurred out only to catch his attention. Both the twins and Lorcan looked at me, some with surprise, other one with suspicion.
"For a ride?" Lorcan came closer and I grabbed his sleeve.
"Please, my lord. May I?" I looked him in the eyes, I was literally begging him with that look.
"Fine." Lorcan agreed, I had him so now I only needed to drag him away from here.
"My lord, could you help me choose a horse for a ride?"
There was a frown on his forehead, Lorcan looked behind at the servant who was still on his knees and then he looked at me.
"Let's go." He said and went in the direction of the stables.
"My Lord, what about this servant?" Somebody asked.
"Take him away, enough for today." Lorcan didn't even bother to look back at the injured man. It wasn't far till we reached the stables, Lorcan immediately picked the right horse for me.
"This one is well trained and not skittish." He pointed at a bay horse.
"I'm a fine rider. I can manage any horse." I said quietly.
"You do? Hmm. We shall see. As for now, this is your horse." He gave me a meaningful look then he turned to his sons.
"Go as far as Nevil's creek, don't overdo. Jared and Shin will accompany you. Be back before it gets dark. We will eat dinner together." He added looking at me.
"Sure dad." Jay agreed and along with Tod went to saddle their horses. Now it was just Lorcan and me. I grabbed Lorcan's collar and pulled him to me as I gave him a small peck on the lips.
"Thank you … Lorcan."
That's right, I called him by his name and I did it on purpose. He was probably venting on that servant because I pissed him. I can't win with him, I need to be smarter and find a way to run away.
"To think you would change your mind because of a servant." He smirked, shaking his head.
Tod and Jay came sitting on horsebacks and I did the same. It has been a while since I was on a horseback. Riding behind the twins and followed by two other guards still got me a sense of freedom. The cold wind was making my face flushed and for a moment I could pretend I'm with my cortege. I was a prince again. I was smiling and maybe I even laughed because the twins turned back to look at me.
Nevil's creek wasn't that far away and the twins stopped, they got off their horses.
"Jared, take care of the horses, we will take a walk to show Kian the creek.' Jay confidently handed the taller guy the reins.
"Come Kian." He rushed me. I felt that something was going on. Since there was no other option I followed them. The path along the creek was narrow and we were walking single file. Soon we lost sight of the road and the other two guards. The creek was shallow but the scenery was nice. After spending almost two months locked in the castle I was happy to be out. The path got wider and Jay stopped. Both twins turned around. I felt that they would ask me for an explanation, after all I forced them to take this ride.
"Well Kian, smart as you are, you probably know that you need to pay for favors." It was Jay, beaming with confidence and power that one has over a subordinate, a servant or a slave.
He wasn't even pretending or trying to bring it up in some more polite manner. He just went straight to the point, after all he was a fifteen year old kid.
"What do you want then?" I answered in the same manner.
"I will wait with my wish, but Tod has his own and he wants to fulfill it right now." Jay looked at Tod and smiled.
"Enjoy brother." He turned around and went a few steps away.
I looked at Tod who came closer.
"I want you to kiss me, just like you did last night."
Shameless. It was all I could think of. What was even worse, his brother knew about it, and they plotted it together. One brother was helping the other.
"Fine. Come here." He wanted to order me around? I will show him. I knew perfectly well how Lorcan made me hard with just kissing me. I'll make Tod regret his behavior. I put my hands on his neck and slowly neared my lips to his. I licked his lips and then slid my tongue inside his mouth. My hands grabbed his hair and I made our kiss more intense making Tod breathless. When I let him go he was pounding for air. His eyes were almost round and I could sense his excitement.
"Oh my good, he must be really good, huh Tod?" Jay was standing right behind Tod.
"Looking at the two of you made me jealous. I never thought about kissing a guy but I might make an exception for Kian." Jay was grinning.
I felt ashamed and annoyed by those punks.
"Is that your wish too?" I asked, looking at Jay.
Tod turned around.
"Don't you dare. Kian is mine." He hissed.
"He's not yours, idiot. He belongs to dad and looking at how our father dotes on him you have zero chances to get him as your own slave." Jak patted Tod's shoulder.
"I will help you as much as I can but as long as dad wants him, he is off limits."
"I want him, Jay." Tod was whispering but I could hear him clearly. The twins bowed their heads and they were standing with their foreheads leaning against each other. I was just there, watching those two having a weird conversation. I felt like air.
