Evelyn stared at Luna in shock. "Luna, you're joking, right?"
Seeing Luna's unchanging expression, Evelyn's eyes widened in disbelief. "So, you really locked up your brother?"
"Yeah," Luna didn't understand her big reaction. "And I almost pulled it off too."
Evelyn was stunned.
She hurriedly asked, confused, "But why would you do that? Did Elias do something wrong?"
Luna smiled awkwardly. "I don't know what got into me at the time..."
"But..."
She looked down at Evelyn, who was much shorter than herself. "You and I, being different from others, you must understand that feeling, right?"
"What feeling?" Evelyn asked curiously. "Backlash?"
Luna recalled silently, "It's that feeling... suddenly, it's not like the usual. Anger takes over your mind, and you become extremely biased. Seeing my brother talking to another woman, I wanted to eliminate them all!"
Evelyn shivered suddenly, beginning to feel frightened.
