The thick clouds dispersed, revealing a sun-drenched afternoon.
Elias lay leisurely in a rocking chair, gazing at the mirror-like blue lake, basking in the sunshine.
Such perfect weather wasn't an everyday luxury.
As he soaked up the sun, light footsteps approached from behind.
Just as Elias started to look up, a thick coat was draped over him.
Olivia looked at him with a hint of reproach.
"The weather is fluctuating between cold and hot. How could you wear so little?"
Elias looked into those light-colored eyes, filled with Olivia's deep concern.
He replied, somewhat helplessly, "I've been out in the sun all day. Look, I'm all sweaty; I don't feel cold at all."
He then attempted to open his thick coat.
"That won't do!"
Olivia firmly covered him back up with the coat, wrapping it tightly around him, almost turning him into a ball.
