Nyarl gazed at Elias with a sly smile, her eyes gleaming with malevolence. "Forgotten what I told you?"
"I've always been eager to see your fall into corruption. It must be so delicious, so delightful~" she mused, her voice dripping with anticipation.
With that, Nyarl continued to stare intently at Elias, her lips curling into a smirk, licking them in anticipation, like a predator eyeing a succulent prey.
Elias, unfazed, met her gaze fearlessly, shrugging nonchalantly as if her words were mere whispers in the wind.
"So, what's your grand plan for me?" he asked calmly.
Nyarl's face lit up with a twisted excitement. "You're a hero among humans now, aren't you? I bet many look up to you to dispel darkness and bring light into their lives!"
Elias chuckled lightly, "You're giving me too much credit. I'm not as grand as you think, and frankly, not many people know about me."
