Emerging from the mental asylum, Elias was all set to hightail it to the downtown area.
But just then, something caught his eye.
Fully armed knights from the Holy Order happened to march past the hospital, heading in the same direction as him.
"Bro, they look so weird!" Luna exclaimed, pointing at the knights.
She'd seen knights before, but this bunch was decked out in some really bizarre gear.
Elias had noticed it too.
Each knight was clad in a tightly fastened hood, with faces masked by strange, long-beaked contraptions, reminiscent of bird beaks.
These masks were peculiar, with only their eyes visible behind clear glass, seeming totally airtight.
When these beak-faced creatures emerged from the dense fog, they resembled repulsive demons so much that even the madmen who had fled in terror were shocked into uttering cries of fear.
