On the top floor, a woman wearing a white shirt and fiery red flared knee skirt stared at the screen with a blank expression.
The woman had luscious, wavy auburn hair cascading down her shoulders, forming elegant undulations that framed her face with natural grace.
She possessed a slender yet curvaceous figure, her wavy hair gracefully complementing her silhouette, creating an aura of effortless elegance as she moved with poise and confidence.
Seeing her gaze, her subordinate asked.
"Madam Sophia, is there something wrong?"
Sophia blinked her long eyelashes.
"Look at that guy."Sophia pointed at one of the figures sitting casually in the locker room with a relaxing attitude.
Though he was wearing a mask covering half of his face, he still couldn't hide that carefree aura.
The subordinate frowned after noticing the weird guy.
Most of the people who enter here knowing the risk of death are either seeking the pleasure of domination or are badly in need of money.
They have rough figures while many have scars and bruises accumulating on their body signifying the mark of a warrior.
But the man looked quite out of place.
Though masked, one can see the sharp and handsome features.
A frown appeared on Sophia's face.
"Go and investigate his background and which foolish rich second generation had gone there?"
She might have a great authority forcing the families here to compromise and accept her reign but if any one of their members died here, it would be meddlesome.
It wasn't odd for many young fellows to enter the ring to temper themselves and practice but on the grounds they didn't suffer unrecoverable injuries.
"Until we are sure, make sure he doesn't die. Otherwise, those old men would surely ask me for compensation."Sophia smacked her bright red lips with annoyance yet unbeknownst to her, a flicker of curiosity arose in her heart.
If Leon knew this, he would just laugh aloud.
Whether it's a woman or a man, if you chase them and care about the opposite gender, they would be disgusted by taking this as boot-licking but the moment you change and act mysterious they would start drawing towards you.
It was purely, psychological, one from which Leon would surely be benefitted in the future.
...
Outside the room were cheers and loud shouts mixed with the unique sound of horns in the boxing ring.
The sound of horns grew from a deep hum to a loud boom, resonating across the place and stirring the audience's emotions.
A hostess wearing a bunny costume swaying her hips seductively walked into the ring of octagonal symmetry.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, thanks for waiting for the grand event. Soon, you will witness the battle of underdogs clashing against one another, bathing in the blood of their opponents."
"Do you still remember that wild night, a year ago when Khan fought, made his appearance as an underdog, and made his way to Tigerweight becoming the champion?"
"Every time a newcomer appears, carrying that zeal, their performance is worth looking forward to..."
In the narrow locker room, unlike the tense atmosphere, Leon just lay on a bench swaying his legs to and fro.
'I hope I don't get my ass kicked in this public display. Am I too hasty?'
Leon wondered seriously but did he care?
Hell no?
Whether others looked at him in respect or disgust, he never cared. What is the use of other's opinions when they don't know shit about you?
The reason he was covering his mouth with a mask wasn't because he wanted to hide but rather to stop the foul breath here.
The entire place reeked of dried corpses.
"Brother, are you not going to change?"A stranger asked, giving Leon an odd look who wore black jeans and a white shirt.
"Nah, I am comfortable in this."
Ordinary boxers could only use the standard locker rooms and only those of Tigerweight would have their own.
The boxers in the room gave Leon a sideline glance.
"I can't believe a random boy in his puberty will be fighting with me."
"Tsk! A pretty boy came here to try his luck."
"Instead of coming here, you should find yourself a sugar momma which would be way easier."
"Can't you see his nonchalant attitude? This guy isn't serious."
"Hmm! An idiot growing in the shelter house not knowing the feeling of pain and death."
Leon sat on his bench and chuckled.
"Just say you are jealous of my looks and stop being the annoying one in the world who cares about your opinions."
Leon observed their level.
The place was filled from Tier 1 to Tier 4. Except for him, there were three Tier 4 while many Tier 1 among the 20, and each one of them looked like a thug.
Before the quarrel could prolong everyone was asked to get into the ring.
Leon followed the trail and soon came to the huge bloody octagon ring caged from all sides.
Flashes and bright light concentrated on them as they made their appearance.
Forming a circle of 30, everyone stood close by waiting for the bell to ring.
While others were focused and breathing heavily, Leon with a relaxed expression, and with his hands inside his pocket, looked at the crowd.
It was a massive number with all kinds of crazy gamblers barking and howling like mad dogs.
Leon's attitude seemed to irk many men while girls were seemingly seduced by his handsome face with a mask increasing his charm.
A crazy betting round began with many betting on Leon for not being able to last a minute.
Jealous and provoked by their woman, some went crazy and bet a million calling him a soft boy stepping into a place where he didn't belong.
Leon knew that he had drawn too much attention with his arrogant and relaxed look.
And that's exactly what he aimed for. Even if he can't win, at least he can last long enough to gather his fortune as the more people get pissed at him, the more they will underestimate him.
After all, if these fucking guys had brain cells they would have worked hard instead of throwing money here.
The moment the bell rang, Leon found that he had successfully pulled an aggro.
"I am gonna ruin that pretty face of your's asshole."
"Tsk, fucking ugly bastard. Just go and do plastic surgery if you are jealous."Leon screamed at the man whose form was quite terrible and his attack was quite obvious, one that Leon managed to dodge with a minimum movement throwing a strike to the opponent's nose, aiming his knuckle at the tip.
THWACK!
'Slightly off target!"
But it was close enough to hit the vulnerable spot. Getting stuck there even with a little more was enough to cause pain.
The opponent felt dizzy and Leon resolved to land another strike at the opponent's opening, turned his body to generate force, and threw a wind kick slamming the soles of his foot against the opponent's soft guts.
BAAM!
The man's gut churned by the sudden force causing him to cough blood.
Leon leapt to strike again but he was interrupted…
BANG!
A powerful kick assailed Leon from the side while a pair of hands sneaked in from behind and wrapped his arms around his chest.
Leon was unfazed and didn't struggle waiting to see how many people would take this chance to beat him.
Because if he was surrounded, many would bet on him to lose thereby increasing his odds.
A burly man hugging Leon from behind screamed to others.
"Just do it. Knock off this bastard's teeth."
"Let's just go and fucking kill him. I hate these types of bastards who don't take things seriously."
"Seeing a half-exposed face, I am sure your mother would be beautiful and taste great. Don't worry, I will take care of her after I kill you."
With a rowdy roar and an angry expression, two people rushed toward Leon rushing like waves of thunder leaving behind waves of wind.
Their body surged as they channelized their Qi to strengthen their body. One raised elbow while the other jumped to give a roundhouse kick blasting air pressure straight at Leon while the one behind tightened his hold to restrain Leon with a sneer.
However, as the two drew closer to Leon, a bad premonition suddenly arose in their heart seeing Leon's mocking gaze.
"You want me to be serious."
The voice was calm and soft yet it carried a coldness that sent a shiver down the spine.
"But the question is, can you fuckers handle it once I become serious."
The moment these words fell, Leon made his move shocking the fighters as well as the entire crowd.
