One of the things I've realized about dying younger than expected is how you want to keep everything in order before leaving. I was four months gone with the baby, judging rightly, I had only 5 months left to live and I wasn't going to die with unsolved disputes.
Since the last incident regarding Maeve and Vina, I hadn't bothered to step a foot into the school again. I let their nanny take them to school and pick them up when they were done but this was going to be their school in the long run and I must make sure I don't give any of the parents a chance to treat my children badly when I'm not here.
