As Kragen laid me gently on the bed, I felt a wave of exhaustion wash over me. The events of the day – my confrontation with Nora, the strange occurrences in my office and the one that had happened in the corridor, seemed to crash down on me all at once.
The pack doctor bustled around me, checking my pulse and peering into my eyes. "Now then, Luna," he said kindly "Can you tell me how you feel?"
"I don't know how to put it in words," I started quietly "But I was on my way to my office when I felt dizzy, by the time I opened my eyes, I was already standing at the door and I had no recollection of walking there myself.
