Selene POV
After I finished with Conrad, with the purse firmly clenched in my hands, I walked down the hall towards the quarters where Kurtis was staying. As I passed by a group of maids huddled in one corner, their voices floated to me.
"It'll be the full blood moon soon, at least that's what the Priestess said and it'll happen maybe three days from today, do you think it'll be the end of the world this time around? The last time the Full Blood Moon was seen, a lot of tragic things ended up happening," one of the maids said.
"I hope not," the other cried "I still have a lot to do. I am yet to get married; I haven't even fallen in love yet and we're still stuck with a lot of duties. But are you sure that the world will end?"
