"Anna, come here please." Ariel called out to her daughter, and Anna immediately jumped from the bed and rushed over to Ariel's side.
"You shouldn't be running like that." Ariel scolded Anna gently before turning to the boys who sat down in the room awkwardly.
"I want to run a quick check on your sister, we'll be back soon." She announced, then left.
Xander looked at Jason then his fingers as he contemplated on what to say.
"I'm sorry." He apologized sincerely, in truth, if not for the revenge Leo had cooked up in his head, Jason and Anna were nice people to be around with.
He admired Jason's intelligence and Anna's quick wit, who knew they would end up being his siblings in the end.
"You're apologizing? You made Anna's sickness act up, caused Mom to be taken away from us and let Dad and I suffer with that woman for almost 3 months, only God knows what mum went through with that psycho hand for that three months."
