"It has been seven days," Trevor muttered under his breath, his gaze fixed on the elusive red dot that danced across the interface. Despite its consistent appearances, Trevor couldn't seem to catch sight of it in reality.
"This is ridiculous," Trevor muttered, his gaze fixed on the fleeting dot. "Why can't I see it? Why can't I catch it?"
Unable to contain his mounting frustration, Trevor unleashed a torrent of attacks, conjuring a ten-foot-long barrier of fire in front of him and at the border of Etria. The fiery obstruction, a desperate bid to intercept the mysterious entity, lay waiting like a sentinel.
"If you're a beast, you'll meet your end against this wall. And if this proves fatal for me, so be it. There's no one left in my life to mourn my passing," Trevor murmured with a tinge of sadness. "This is a make-or-break moment, a chance of a lifetime. It's either you or me this time."
