Chapter 92 - 92

Chu Tian continued to dominate his opponents, and the host, watching from the sidelines, furrowed her brows. She now regretted only placing Chu Tian in the B-level category, as he was showing the ability to defeat opponents with ease.

Chu Tian's one-punch man-like fighting style didn't go unnoticed by Claire either. If the contestants were monstrous creatures, she might not be so concerned, but they were all human B-level Talent Warriors.

After some contemplation, Claire picked up her communicator and made a call.

"Executive Commander, how may I assist you?" The host, now respectful, answered Claire's call promptly.

Claire watched the holographic broadcast of the matches and said, "Caesar, I want you to enter the stage and face Chu Tian. Regardless of the outcome, immediately schedule him for the B+ category in the afternoon, or the Number Zero match. Also, provide a hundred Level 3 Spirit Crystals to each contestant he defeats."

"Understood, I will arrange it," the host known as Caesar replied.

Claire ended the call. She knew that Chu Tian possessed the terrifying Ant Strength talent, but she had no idea of his base strength. If she had known that his base strength was 242, she might have considered having Chu Tian forfeit and then offered him an opportunity for Eye Cleansing.

With a base strength of 242, combined with the 300-400 times strength enhancement from Ant Strength, Chu Tian was essentially a monster. His strength of over 70,000 was close to that of an A-level Talent Warrior, as A-level Talent Warriors typically had strength enhancements ranging from 100,000 to 150,000.

Chu Tian continued to effortlessly defeat his opponents, and it seemed like he could defeat anyone in his path with just a single punch.

Claire regretted her decision to place Chu Tian in the B-level category. If all his opponents were similarly ranked, Chu Tian would have no problem dominating all of them.

As Chu Tian calmly awaited his next opponent, Caesar, the host, once again stepped onto the stage.

"Chu Tian, may I ask you a question?" Caesar asked, looking somewhat vexed.

Chu Tian nodded in agreement, allowing Caesar to proceed.

With a smile, Caesar said, "I'm Caesar, an S-level Talent Warrior. I would like to test your combat abilities. If you pass, I will arrange for you to participate in the B+ category. You see, the B+ category matches take place in the central area of the Eye, where the spiritual energy is abundant. What do you say?"

The audience was shocked to hear Caesar's proposal. It was a rare occasion for an S-level Talent Warrior to personally challenge someone. The mercenaries in the crowd were awed by Caesar's beauty and remarked, "She's so beautiful! If I could marry her, I'd save years of hard work."

"You're overestimating yourself. With your looks, you're not even half as handsome as Chu Tian," a regular human mercenary commented, crushing the romantic fantasies.

In addition to Talent Warriors, there were many ordinary mercenaries among the spectators. These individuals lacked talents but compensated with high-tech weaponry, making them formidable in their own right.

Chu Tian noticed the S-level augmented host and, after considering her offer, nodded and replied, "This battle allows the use of weapons. Even if you break me, as long as you don't damage my head, I'll be fine."

Caesar raised her hand, and a golden aura surrounded her, covering her body in a set of intricate golden armor. It was an elegant half-plate armor with a distinctly European style that enhanced her defenses without hindering her speed.

Then, with another burst of light, a massive golden shield and an equally impressive broadsword appeared in her hands. The sound of the weapons colliding with the stage made the mercenaries realize the immense weight of her equipment.

"That sound when the weapons touched the ground... It must weigh at least a thousand pounds!" one mercenary exclaimed.

"Chu Tian is truly a monster in terms of strength."

Chu Tian remained hidden beneath his black cloak, shrouded in an air of mystery. His power was palpable, but no one could see his expression.

With a firm grip on his Death Reaper Scythe, Chu Tian stepped forward. His entire body disappeared, leaving only a faint, dissipating shadow in his wake.

"Oh my, this speed, it's incredible! He must have held back earlier," a mercenary who had been defeated by Chu Tian marveled.

With such speed, even without his talent, Chu Tian's combat strength was undoubtedly on par with B+.
