"Instant Step! You've kept that well hidden," Kleysa said as she turned to face Chu Tian, a hint of surprise in her voice.
Chu Tian's strike, however, found that Kleysa did not dodge or evade. Subconsciously preparing to halt his attack, he suddenly discovered that Kleysa was already sitting on the sofa, elegantly holding a glass of red wine.
Chu Tian's strike, therefore, went down without surprise.
The Kleysa in front of him turned into nothingness. It was not a talent but a residual image created by her extreme speed, which dissipated under Chu Tian's scythe.
"Pretty impressive. You didn't even use any martial techniques, did you? Your recent movements were all based on instinctual reactions. Has your physical body become this powerful?" Chu Tian asked somewhat enviously.
Kleysa nodded, sipped her wine, and said with a smile, "You know, a talent warrior above S-level is almost impossible to be killed by a small C-level like you. Although my original physical body is long gone, this cyborg body can survive even a nuclear explosion, let alone comparing your attack to a nuclear bomb."
Hearing this, Chu Tian grew curious. He raised his scythe again, now covered with lightning, flames, and ice.
This burst of talents surprised Kleysa. Chu Tian had only registered his ice talent, but now it seemed he possessed more than just that.
His recent Instant Step, the current mix of ice, fire, and lightning, and his ability to wield a 500-jin scythe indicated that Chu Tian's talents had reached at least five kinds.
Kleysa, finding a treasure trove, suddenly laughed, "Little Tian Tian, I'm getting serious now. Be careful, or you might end up missing limbs or even get killed." Saying this, she brought out a silver sword with a flick of her right hand.
The sword, adorned with dragon patterns stretching from the hilt to the tip, emitted an aura even stronger than Kleysa's S-level talent. This was no ordinary weapon.
"Seriously? I'm just a C-level," Chu Tian felt a sense of danger.
Kleysa, unbothered, raised her sword towards Chu Tian, "This sword is named 'Dragon Princess,' a birthday gift from my father, forged from a real Huaxia dragon corpse." She smiled, "And this dragon corpse was discovered in Yingkou in 1934."
"The Yingkou Dragon Fall event, does that mean dragons really exist in this world?" Chu Tian couldn't help but exclaim.
Kleysa twirled the sword and said with a smile, "Of course, they exist. And after the resurgence of spiritual energy, Jiaos appeared in this world."
Jiaos? Chu Tian looked towards Ning Wan, realizing her Lingjiao Halberd must be made from a similar creature's corpse.
Many weapon-making techniques now involved parts of ferocious beasts, such as fur and bones. However, high-level weapons were rumored to require live beasts, though the truth of this was uncertain.
Looking at Ning Wan and Aya, Aya seemed excited, admiring Kleysa, while Ning Wan was expressionless, looking up at the sky, perhaps thinking about what to eat later.
During Chu Tian's moment of distraction, Kleysa suddenly attacked, swinging her sword gently yet creating a silver streak in the air, accompanied by a dragon's roar.
Chu Tian, frightened, instantly used Instant Step, surrounding himself with a shield made of bone armor.
The sword energy didn't hit Chu Tian directly but grazed by him, easily shattering the bone armor like paper.
Kleysa didn't relent. In one step, she closed the ten-meter gap to less than a meter, and her sword swung out again, aiming for Chu Tian's left arm.
Chu Tian's rapid activation couldn't evade in time, so he used Instant Move again.
The sword energy still grazed Chu Tian's arm, leaving a long cut that healed visibly within seconds.
"Regeneration? Tian Tian, you really are full of surprises," Kleysa said with a slight smile.
Chu Tian knew Kleysa wouldn't kill him, but he couldn't be careless, unsure how the Skexen family woman would react to his talents.
He immediately activated a barrier, creating a thirty-meter invisible force field. Inside this field, the talents of all talent warriors were suppressed.
Kleysa had never released her talents, relying solely on her physical body and weapons.
Feeling her talents being suppressed by the barrier, Kleysa smiled slightly, "A barrier, huh? Tian Tian, you're facing me. If it were someone else, you might now be facing the entire Federation's pursuit."
Kleysa looked at Chu Tian as if admiring a piece of art, "Let me see, ice, fire, lightning, regeneration, barrier, Instant Step, strength
