Two days later, William took Amanda and Lucas to see his parents. He rarely visited them even though their homes were only an hour away. William's parents still live in Zondalia.
"Mama, where are we going?" Lucas asked.
"We're going to meet your other grandparents. Papa's mom and dad," Amanda replied.
"Other grandparents? So Lucas has two?"
"Yes, you have two grandparents. We're going to visit them today."
Lucas nodded and looked out the window. Amanda hugged Lucas on her lap while hoping William's parents would accept him. She had tried to dress up beautifully that day and made a cake for them.
"Are you nervous?" asked William who was still focused on driving the car.
"Y-yes... Did you feel it when you were about to meet my parents?"
