As the days pass, Marin still thinks about William saying Amanda's name in his sleep. Jealousy still lingers in her heart like a sharp knife. However, she can't continue to feel that way.
She was determined to make William fall in love with her, whatever and however it took. That's why she didn't give up on approaching William.
"William, it's my birthday soon. Would you like to celebrate it with me?" Marin asked.
"If I'm not busy, maybe I will," replied William who was still busy with his work.
"I always celebrate your birthday, you too come with me for my birthday.." Marin pleaded.
She explained that she wanted to celebrate it at a cafe so she could order the cake she wanted. Plus, there was a nice view at the cafe. Marin hoped it would be a happy moment for her and William.
