Hermione watched Celeste get on her feet, with her trembling hands by her sides, a faint smile broke from her lips.
Her best friend still felt the same way about her. She was thankful.
Her body was enveloped in a tight hug thereafter. It was unlike anything Hermione ever anticipated. It seemed like the woman had missed her too much, considering how she was bent on crushing her soul, in a good way though.
Hermione softly chuckled. She wrapped her arms around Celeste and they both lingered in their position, basking in each other's comfort and warmth.
Eventually, Celeste pulled away. Her eyes were already teary as she gazed at Hermione. She cackled softly, "You don't know how much I missed you. I thought you weren't going to come back" She admitted with a soft voice.
Hermione didn't have an inkling that she would be here too. It just happened, she thought.
