"L-loyd?" His name rolled off her tongue with uncertainty. Hermione could hear the thumps of her heartbeat starting to grow louder in the dimly lit room. Her hands turned sweaty which she clenched by her sides, out of extreme nervousness.
She shouldn't be feeling like this.
She was meant to be belated that he had returned–for her.
It was just one night they spent apart. Yet, he was worried enough that he had to come back to get her. She should be cheerful and quit feeling like she was caught stealing something of a generous amount.
Perhaps, Hermione wasn't expecting to see him this soon.
He had caught her in the middle of her plans–thwarting them.
That must be the cause of her sudden anxiety.
