The female clicked her tongue. "Does she really have to answer the call tonight? It's a pretty important night, you know. We can't have anything go wrong. Something like this… definitely against the plans. Let's deal with this woman quickly. She even chose that name for herself."
"Why? What's happening?" The Wolf asked again, but no one bothered to answer the hermit. He just growled and dashed faster, leaving them in the dust.
"That boy just woke up after a century of sleep. We should cut him some slack." The scrawny figure laughed in shrieks. He then turned to Crevan. "Did you smell that? I can pick up a walking dead smell the closer we got to the Mirror Palace. Did you leave a plaything running around?"
"Not mine." Crevan huffed, but he also smiled seconds after. "But I'm intrigued enough to obtain it. Don't destroy the undead human when you find it. I want it."
