"Young Master Lei!" Xin Yue cried out, shocked by the sudden attack. She quickly moved to help him, but the girl took advantage of the distraction and bolted for the door, desperation driving her forward.
Lei Junshan, disoriented and in pain, tried to regain his balance, but the sudden strike had caught him off guard. He barely managed to stay upright, his hand instinctively reaching for the back of his head where the impact had landed.
"Stop her!" he managed to shout, his voice strained, but the girl was already halfway out the door, her escape nearly complete.
"No, I can't leave you like this." Xin Yue, torn between helping Lei Junshan and stopping the girl, hesitated.
"Xin Yue, GO!!!" Lei Junshan shouted with remaining of his energy.
