Everybody was stranded at the Lei mansion as the security checks were still going on. It was 10 pm and Xin Yue had still not returned home. Because of this, Mu Haoran got worried for his sister. He was also scared to stay alone at home as Chen Rui was also not there.
Thus, Xin Yue received a call from the little boy asking when she would be back.
[Haoran, actually there has been a problem here that's why I am taking time. Don't worry and don't get scared. I am just about to leave from here. I'll return home soon.]
Xin Yue coaxed her little brother but she herself was worried for him. After all, it was not safe for a six-year-old to stay alone at home at this time of the night.
Xin Yue's face reflected obvious signs of worry which was seen by Lei Wan. The latter walked towards Xin Yue and asked, "Xiao Yue, is there any problem?"
Xin Yue was relieved to share her issue with her friend. Thus, she told Lei Wan the truth.
