"I told you not to worry about her. She's nothing." Noah said.
"No one knows who you are in Summerlane, so how did she identify you immediately?" His stubborn wife asked.
"I know I'm an expectant mother now, I'm already so pale and unattractive." She paused mid sentence tears brining from her eyes. This was the first time she felt like Noah was hiding something from her and she couldn't tell why.
"It's okay if you're attracted to someone else, but I would really appreciate it if you stop lying to me." Anna wiped her tears with the back of her hands. A lot was already going on in her family and Noah must already be tired of her. She understands his pain.
