"So according to you Ms Greengrass, you were taking my the Basilisk to the chamber of secret and Nick Iron and Orion Ambrosius came to save you. They killed the Basilisk together to save you but were injured" Snape and McGonagall ask with clear suspicion on their faces.
Dumbledore was not in Hogwarts, hell he wasn't even aware that Orion successfully created the Squib Potion. He was too busy working with the American Ministry of Magic. This was also a big reason that none of them were able to do anything about the Basilisk attack which previously was happening.
"Yes Professor," Hermione replied, trying to keep her face straight. She could never have thought that she, Hermione Granger would be lying to professors like this. But many things have changed since Nick...
Both professors didn't at all believe Hermione but she was not Hermione if she didn't have a plan. By the time he reached the Chamber of Secrets, the Basilisk was already dead. So thinking ahead like she usually does, she ended up taking a part of the Basilisk's body to show as proof.
Only after getting the proof, both Snape and McGonagall let her go.

What the hell is happening, one moment she was talking with Nick like usual and the next he knocked her out and put all these memories inside me. Good that he was limited to just memories.
Hermione Groan with irritation and helplessness.
And now the guy has passed out, both of them. Strange how Orion appears in the infirmary before she can bring Nick there from the chamber of secrets. But again, having a Phoenix as a pet has its own advantages. By the time I came there, RED already brought Orion to the Infirmary.
Her only two sources of getting any information were temporarily out for the time being. She honestly is not sure why she's acted like she did in the Chamber of Secrets. Why did she protect Nick like that? Well, she kinda has a crush on Nick. At first, she thought she had a crush on Orion. After all, he is handsome, hardworking, a pure genius and more than anything he cares about his friends. It was clear when the boy came to the chamber of secrets to save her. Well, she was never in any danger but his actions are what matters here.
But even then, she found that that was only that, a little crush. With Nick though, she felt that there was something which was connecting them. Something much more than just having a little crush. She couldn't say but it was always there. Since the first day, she talked with the boy.
But later she realized why she felt like that, the boy knew her even better than herself. Like they knew each other for the longest time. She knew that she was spending too much time with Nick but there was something about Nick which just attracted her.
And now she finally knows, with this memories in her head, she kind of knows, just doesn't know whether those are real.

(Flash Back)
Hermione's eyes fluttered open, and as awareness slowly returned, she found herself in an unfamiliar room. The air felt charged with an inexplicable energy. Confusion settled in until a rush of memories flooded her mind, memories that weren't entirely her own.
"What... what is this?" Hermione whispered, the words feeling foreign on her tongue. She tried to reconcile the memories of a life she hadn't lived, a life that seemed to belong to someone else.
As she examined the room, her gaze fell upon a figure standing nearby. Nick regarded her with an expression that transcended the ethereal. "You've been injected with the memories of another life, Hermione. But your brain still not accepted those memories, you need more time, go back to sleep. I too have to complete one of the task given to me," he explained, his presence resonating with an eerie calmness.
The gravity of his words sank in. Hermione's mind grappled with the dual existence she now held. The memories of battles fought, alliances forged, and a world shaped by different rules coexisted with the familiar tapestry of her wizarding life. Yet everything was hazy, everything felt foreign, and everything was known yet unknown to her.
Tears welled in her eyes as she felt the weight of a reality that wasn't hers alone. The room seemed to shimmer with a dual essence, a merging of timelines that defied the limitations of the magical world she thought she knew.
"Whats going on, what you did to me, who...who is this in my memories? Why... Why I'm seeing this ?"
The echoes of another Hermione's life lingered within her, a profound connection to a world outside the boundaries of her magical existence.
As she took a tentative step into this newfound duality, Hermione Granger embraced the amalgamation of memories, seeking to understand the interwoven threads of two lives that had become inexplicably entangled.
And the only thing she could say after seeing the face of the person in front of her.
"Harry,"
