To Sophia, there was something so wonderful about going into the bakery in the morning knowing she was the one who cleaned it the night before. It always prevented her from ever having to find anything out of place.
The situation was a far cry from what her grandparents went through with one another. Her night owl grandmother would close the bakery while her early bird grandfather would open in the morning. He would complain about how she cleaned at closing and she would complain about how things were organized by the time she got there.
While doing it alone meant Sophia had long hours because of her pickiness, she normally didn't mind it that much.
However, those days she was having a change of heart at spending so much time working. There was someone she wanted to see when she woke up and whenever she got off of work.
