Days passed by and there was not much Noah had to do besides cultivating and Creating pills. He started creating many advanced body tempering pills before he tried his hands on the elemental pills.
It was not that the pills were difficult to create but instead it was just that Noah wanted to get a hold of the feeling he had while creating the pill. It's better to make it a couple of times and engrave the feeling in the mind, like a person does with techniques and skills.
Time went by and Noah started creating the four elemental pills. He did not spend all of his time on the pills, he alternated with one day of making pills and another day on training in the Forbidden Forest.
Noah's control over his body grew exponentially.
He was able to move each muscle in his body to a certain extent. His moves were fluid and without any excessive movements.
Before he knew it, he made the pills he was working on.
