The Great Wizard War was supposed to continue for decades, which would've weakened all the kingdoms of Serphendale. The Outer God was supposed to seize this opportunity to destroy the world in one full sweep. However, because of Grand Tutor Saile's intervention, the War ended in years. The kingdoms weren't greatly weakened, making it impossible for the Outer God to conquer the world with its army. Not to mention, because of his planning, a man equal to God was also born. The presence of whom combined with Ahshun became a deterrent for the Outer God who was eyeing to destroy them still.
