Valerius turned his attention to the rule board affixed to the wall behind the librarian's desk, carefully reading each rule and mentally acknowledging them. There were 10 rules in total, and they included the following:
1) No Running in the Library: Maintain a calm and orderly environment at all times.
2) No Loud Talking: Conversations should be kept at a low volume to not disturb others.
3) No Arguments or Fights: The library is a place of peace and learning, not conflict.
4) No Causing a Ruckus: Respect the tranquility of the library.
5) Do Not Play with the Teleportation Circle: The circle is for official use only.
6) Handle Books with Care: Treat all library materials with respect and return them in the condition they were borrowed.
7) Do Not Remove Books from the Library without Permission: Unauthorized removal of books is strictly prohibited. If you're going to burrow them, inform the librarian.
