The first half of his face seemed perfectly normal, but once I approached to fully see, I noticed that the other half covered by a black substance that was... glitching
"What the fuck?" this was the weirdest stuff i've seen since I entered this world.
But then I pulled out the blanket covering his body and finally saw "the heart of the corruption"
It was a small black heart that was beating in his chest, the subtance around it was slowly growing bigger and spreading in all directions, which meant that the corruption was taking over his body.
I don't know why they couldn't kill him just yet because the doctors probably know it was incurable, but they just kept him in there.
Unfortunately though I couldn't know the progress of the illness as it wasn't described in the novel, but I could do one thing.
