Kate sighed over and over again. It's still so tough to grasp that Zayn is really gone. Every time she recalls that reality, sadness envelops Kate. Tears keep streaming down her cheeks. Even at this moment, her eyes appear swollen from excessive crying.
"Come on, don't dwell on it. Zayn must be in a beautiful place. So, stop crying. See, your eyes are swollen from crying too much," Jason remarked as he extended his hand, gently wiping away the tears rolling down his partner's cheeks.
"It's truly hard to believe that Zayn has really left me and the others. It feels like just yesterday I came here to meet him," Kate sobbed again.
Observing Kate's deep sadness, Jason moved to embrace her, hoping it would bring some comfort. The woman continued to cry even more within Jason's embrace.
