Chereads / How to tame Dragonkin / Chapter 3 - Barbarian Tribe

Chapter 3 - Barbarian Tribe

She was pulled into the tent by a group of orc women, who were jabbering and laughing. Anne couldn't understand a word. The women looked at Anne's face as if they had seen something precious, and at her white wrists that occasionally showed through her sleeves. They directly touched them, which was very novel and surprising.

Annie noticed that most of the women here had dark skin and rough skin, probably because they had not worn any coverings for a long time and walked outside without any clothes on. She looked around and noticed that the breasts of the women, both young and old, were very sagging. Compared to them, she was really an outcast.

Women may be more willing to talk than men, but Anne didn't forget her original intention of returning to the duke's territory, and cautiously probed:

"Can you understand me?"

The women looked puzzled.

Annie saw this and had to gesture with her hands. As she gestured, she said, "Take me out and I will give you a lot of gold, enough to buy a lot of fur and meat..."

Unfortunately, the women's faces showed even more confusion. They didn't know what this foreign woman was babbling about, so they simply ignored her and began pulling open her front clothes.

Annie was really in tears. Why, only an hour after arriving here, did everyone want to pull open her neckline and look at her chest?

Their women's strength was also incredible. They ripped Annie's hand away and several people reached in to investigate. A huge sense of shame flooded Annie's heart. She clenched her lower lip so tightly that it turned white and bloodless.

Several people seemed to discover that Anne had two breasts like them, and their expressions were also very surprised. They talked in a jumble for a while, and then the oldest woman began to pull Anne's clothes off completely, wanting to replace them with the skin of their tribe.

How could Annie agree with her? Not to mention whether she liked to wear rough animal skins, just the fact that the animal skin did not have a blouse on the upper body and had to swing the breasts outside, she would never agree.

She struggled desperately, like a madman, for her last dignity and decency. She didn't belong here, and she couldn't wear such humiliating clothes and become as depraved as they were.

She will definitely go back, back to the castle, back to her parents.

She crouched in the corner of the tent, staring at everyone viciously, like a cornered animal that would bite anyone who came near.

At this time, the oldest woman in the tent said something, and the others looked at her meaningfully and didn't force her to wear the skin anymore.

She was slightly relieved to see the women leave one after another. But it didn't last long before her heart began to hang again - it was getting dark, and at night, she would definitely be offered to the chief!

The leader looked old and frail, with a dry, bark-like appearance and a fierce, sinister gaze. Anne was unwilling to even spend time with him, let alone share a room.

The light in the tent was dim, and there was even no candle. Anne observed the surroundings and found that everything here was terrible and simple. All the people around her were wearing things made of animal skins, not cotton, not silk. What hung on the walls were all kinds of animal bones and bone tools. They even had no copper and iron, but they were all made of animal bones. The air was filled with a smell of stench, which was caused by the long-term lack of bathing and cleaning, as well as the smell of animal skins and bones everywhere. It was very unpleasant.

Anne understood a little bit now. She was taken captive by a primitive tribe who still lived a primitive life of making fire by drilling wood. She tried her best to figure out why she was in such a place.

But now she couldn't figure out one more thing - why did they have animal ears on their heads?

She read widely, but had never heard of such a tribe. All of their heads would grow beast ears, but judging from their behavior, they were no different from humans. Could the beast ears be a curse? A punishment from the gods? To exile a group of sinners to a barren land, separating them from the world?

After thinking, she felt desperate. No matter what, this place must be far away from the capital. If she didn't walk out on her own, her parents would never find her.

She bit her lower lip again and made up her mind that no matter what, she must escape.

At this moment, a woman lifted the animal skin of the tent and carried a bone bowl. Judging from its shape, it should be the skull of a wild animal. Inside the bone bowl was a large piece of meat, which had just been brought to Anne. Anne immediately smelled a thick, fishy odor.

She managed to hold back her nausea and looked at the meat, only to find that the entire piece was blackened on one side while the other side was still bleeding. The entire piece of meat emitted a foul odor that almost made her vomit.

The woman opened her mouth and said something to her, which Annie guessed meant "eat". But she couldn't eat this piece of meat anyway, so she firmly shook her head to refuse.

The woman saw that she wasn't eating, and a hint of surprise crossed her face, but she didn't insist. She picked up the meat and was about to go out. But now that she had finally been able to spend time alone with someone, and with a woman who seemed easy to talk to, Anne certainly wouldn't miss the opportunity.

She grabbed the woman's animal skin skirt, and the woman turned her head and found Anne looking at her with pleading eyes.

Annie knew that the woman couldn't understand what she was saying, so she took out a diamond necklace that she had previously hidden and placed it in the woman's hand.

The woman was delighted to see the shiny object and immediately put it down to play with it. Annie tugged at her fur, pointed at herself and then outside, and then gestured with her fingers to imitate a person running, making it clear that she wanted the woman to help her run out.

Who would have known that the woman who had just collected the "stolen goods" suddenly changed her face, her joy instantly fading away. She gave her a vicious glare, picked up the diamond ornaments, and got up and walked away, muttering something that Anne couldn't understand before leaving.

Annie's heart was completely cold. Not only did the woman not really want to help her escape, she even scolded her angrily without even considering it. Could it be that everyone in this tribe was in collusion and no one would help her, a foreign captive?

Annie cursed the woman in her heart. If she didn't want to help her, she didn't have to take her diamonds. She didn't have any gold on her, which was her few valuable things. She was counting on them to exchange some gold coins to support her return home after walking out of this dense forest!

Bad woman! You deserve to be cursed!

It was getting dark quickly. In a state of anxiety, Anne was led to another tent. This tent was larger than the previous one, and a large tiger skin hung on the roof. She guessed that this must be the leader's residence.

Sure enough, within a short time, the elderly leader came in. The moment he saw Annie, his eyes lit up and he immediately jumped on top of her, heavily pressing down on her.

The leader, although old, was strong, and he violently tore at Anne's clothes, without any care in his hands, leaving various blue and purple marks on Anne's delicate skin. Anne was the youngest daughter, and had been pampered by her father since childhood. She had never suffered such humiliation. Tears streamed down her face like broken beads, but she clenched her lips tightly and tried not to cry out.

Crying is cowardly, and her tears were her despair and helplessness. She didn't want this damned old man to see her cowardly appearance.

The leader lifted her skirt, and his rough, bark-like hand touched her smooth, delicate thighs. She felt a surge of goosebumps and felt sick to her stomach. This feeling was worse than dying.

She never stopped struggling, but her strength was insignificant compared to the man's. The leader could subdue her with one hand, holding her hands firmly and leaving a dark red mark on her wrists.

Even though it was useless, Annie still didn't stop struggling. She was now very clear that no one could save her except herself. She desperately moved her body, and as she watched the leader's hand getting higher and higher, she finally felt something like a stone next to her hand. She was delighted and used her utmost strength to hit the leader's head hard. A dull sound was heard, and the leader fell on his chest, heavily pressing on her body.

She poked the chief's head, but he remained motionless with eyes closed. At that moment, Anne felt a warm liquid flowing through her chest. She wiped it away with her hand and discovered it was bright red blood.

She trembled and felt the breath of the leader, still alive. She slightly relaxed, but she wasn't ready to kill anyone yet.
