Tony Stark's voice, filtered through his suit, interjected, "Phil is right. This place is filled to the brim with traps, and those are just the ones I can see."As they moved toward the entrance, a hidden pressure plate was triggered. A series of alchemical mechanisms clicked into motion, releasing a barrage of poison-tipped bullet from the foliage as well as gases."Everyone, down!" Steve shouted, raising his shield to deflect the bullet. The others took cover or activated defenses. Tony's suit deployed a barrier that incinerated any projectiles that came too close and they were also wearing gas maskes."His traps are joke," sam muttered, carefully examining the ground for more triggers, just for vision to analyse the poison, "this poison is enough to kill a thousand men"

The team proceeded more cautiously, disabling tripwires and hidden switches as they advanced toward the cave entrance. Each step was fraught with danger, as the alchemist's handiwork was evident in the cleverly concealed mechanisms that surrounded them.
Upon reaching the entrance, vision had tried to phase through the entrance but he couldnt so they had to take out a key which looked like a small bug that was given to them by HIM, which allowed them to open the entrance. they found themselves in a vast underground cavern, lit by faint, bioluminescent plants and the soft glow of artificial lights embedded in the metallic walls. The ceiling arched high above them, with stalactites hanging precariously, some fitted with sensors that Tony quickly disabled with his suit's systems.
The cavern was an expansive, secret base with polished metal walls and floors, giving it an industrial yet organic feel. A large, tranquil pond dominated the center, surrounded by meticulously arranged herbs and mutated plants that emitted an array of scents, from sweet to acrid. Workbenches lined the walls, cluttered with alchemical apparatus, vials of colorful liquids, and mechanical parts. "Let's keep moving," Steve urged, guiding them further into the hideout.
As they moved deeper, the Avengers spotted various traps and countermeasures Henry had set up. Some walls were rigged to spray corrosive acid, while others were set to release toxic gas if tampered with. Vision phased through the walls to disable the mechanisms from within, while Wanda used her magic to alter the molecular structure of the traps, rendering them inert.
Steve Rogers led the way, his shield at the ready. "Looks like HE was right. This guy is paranoid. Traps after traps."
T'Challa, the Black Panther, crouched beside a cluster of herbs, his claws retracting as he examined them. "He is wise and his strange herbs..."Vision hovered above the ground, his eyes scanning for threats, "We have company."
From the shadows beneath their feet, a dark puddle formed and expanded. Suddenly, the shadows rose, coalescing into a humanoid form—Crow 3. The shadowy figure lunged at Captain America, attempting to drag him down, but Steve was ready. "Tony, now!" Steve shouted, raising his shield defensively.
Iron Man swooped in, firing a repulsor blast that disrupted the shadow creature. Crow 3 dissolved into the darkness, retreating temporarily. "We've got incoming!" Natasha called out, drawing her batons as the other Crows materialized around them.
Each Crow, like Captain America, had been enhanced to super-soldier status, their strength and speed as formidable as him. Crow 1 appeared, generating a shimmering force field to shield his allies. Sam and Bucky flanked him, working in tandem to break the barrier. "Let's see how strong this thing is," Sam muttered, launching a flurry of missiles from his wings. They exploded against the force field, causing Crow 1 to stagger back, his concentration wavering.
"Remember what he said, His forcefield is mind—break it, and he's done!" Bucky shouted, using his metal arm to hammer against the barrier. Meanwhile, Crow 2 unleashed arcs of lightning, targeting Iron Man and War Machine. The bolts danced across their armor, causing sparks to fly.
"Absorb too much, and you're toast!" Tony quipped, redirecting the energy back at Crow 2 with his suit's capacitors, forcing him to absorb more than he could handle. The villain convulsed, overloading with energy. Natasha moved swiftly, engaging Crow 4, who summoned spectral animals to attack. A translucent wolf lunged at Natasha, but she rolled aside, using her Widow's Bite to disrupt its form.
"I've seen scarier things at the zoo," she taunted, flipping over another spectral beast and landing a kick that sent Crow 4 stumbling. Wanda and Vision focused on Crow 5, who crafted psionic blades to assault them. Wanda's red energy clashed with the psionic constructs, while Vision phased through them, his density shifting as he countered with precise energy blasts. "Focus, Wanda!" Vision encouraged, his calm demeanor guiding her.
"I've got this!" Wanda replied, manipulating the chaos magic to encase Crow 5, overwhelming her focus and causing the psionic weapons to dissipate before frying her mind and killing her. Crow 6 turned intangible, slipping through attacks and striking from unexpected angles. However, T'Challa anticipated his moves, using his heightened senses to track the villain's position.
"You cannot hide in the shadows forever," T'Challa declared, landing a blow that disrupted Crow 6's intangibility by releasing a pulse of kinetic energy, rendering her vulnerable to a flurry of strikes before he killed her by clawing her heart. Amidst the chaos, Crow 7 attempted to heal her fallen comrades, but Iron Patriot launched a barrage of micro-missiles, forcing Crow 7 to try and retreat under heavy fire.
"HE said no prisoners, " Rhodey said grimly, ensuring Crow 7 couldn't undo their progress by killing her. As the battle raged on, the Avengers coordinated their attacks, exploiting the weaknesses HE had revealed to them. One by one, the Crows fell, their strategies countered by the Avengers' teamwork and preparation and eventually killed.
"Looks like HE was right about everything, but this whole place seems kinda empty, he is scary" Steve noted, as he looked around, " what do you expect from a guy who called himself the destined villain, or was it the taboo, but yeah, this whole is emptied up aside from few things" tony said as did a final scan. The cavern was silent once more, the air still except for the faint hum of technology and the quiet rustle of the mutated plants.

A/N: So, I know I said I was writing a Harry Potter universe story, and I did—24 chapters to be exact. It was alchemy-themed, with pills and everything, but I lost the motivation to continue. It was too bad because I really wanted to write a magic-themed fanfic. Then, I had an idea to write an MCU fanfic, focusing only on the mystic side. The golden finger would be a magical library that allows the protagonist to master any spell to perfection without time passing in the real world. The main goal of the story was to fill the library with spells, but there are nearly infinite bookshelves, making it quite the journey. This fanfic includes movies like Tomb Raider, Guardians of the Tomb, National Treasure, and other films involving tombs and magic.
PS: Also, guess the villain!
