He strengthened his resolve so he could defeat him.
"Let me help you," Ariel said to Amir, after putting Zayan's wounded body on the ground. Amir ran towards Abbadon without listening to Ariel. Abbadon was still standing in one place. Halfway Amir jumped onto a tree. He jumped at least 10 feet high. Then he started jumping around trees, from one to another. All Abbadon and Ariel could see was a blur running from one tree to another. Suddenly, he stopped on a tree for an instant and jumped towards Abbadon, and punched him in the face; or he thought he punched him. He went right through him.
It was like a projection or something. Amir hadn't expected this kind of landing, so he fell to the ground and because of the speed and weight of his body, he made a hole in the ground, 7 to 8 feet deep. "You decreased your body weight so you could jump higher and then started jumping around by precisely making your weight normal when you landed on the tree and when you had enough momentum you came at me, and just when you were going to punch me you increased your body weight.
You are a genius in Energy control; it takes years to become this perfect in Djinn cloak. If I had been hit by it, it would have been a pain in the neck for me. Well, you are a noble that's for sure." Ariel was shocked to see what just had happened, but he put his curiosity on hold and prioritized Amir first. "Hey, Amir, are you alright? You are not hurt, are you?"
Amir pulled his head up from the hole, his clothes shattered and the bone from his right leg got broken and found its way out. He was screaming in agony. "What did you do?" Ariel asks. Abbadon was still standing. "I didn't even move a muscle, he did it to himself. His body weight and speed caused the bone to crack." Ariel looked towards Amir and then Zayan, he was thinking.
"Both of them were stronger than me, and they didn't stand a chance. That means I will be dead before I know. So, that gives me two choices, I can simply run away or carry one of them and run." Abbadon took a step forward; "You are not afraid, are you? Well, we do fear things we don't understand. So, let me tell you my ability, I can simply decrease the existence of the thing I touch." Ariel was still standing there; maybe he was cooking a plan or was just too afraid to move. "You think you have won?" A voice reaches Ariel from behind, it is Zayan, and he is standing on his feet. "Thanks for stalling him."
Zayan runs towards Abbadon with a knife in his hand and tries to hit him with it. But someone grabs his hand and kicks him in the stomach. Zayan goes flying meters away, spitting blood from his mouth. "You dare attack our master." That man says angrily, his face has a green tattoo of the Eye of Horus. He was bulky but not as tall as Abbadon, he had a black rob that touched the ground. His bald head was reflecting the first light of the sun. Zayan again gets up, still spilling blood. "He has allies. We can't win against him let's run for help." Ariel says to Zayan. "Run?" Zayan says as he walks forward. "I can't just run because he is stronger." Ariel was puzzled by his words. But before Ariel could say anything, Zayan rushes towards Abbadon. The man in the robe grabs Zayan by his neck and picks him up with just his left hand, he was probably right but his right hand was missing. Zayan struggles and tries to punch the guy, but his efforts are in vain.
That man throws him away. He flies over and thuds on the ground. He stands up again and rushes towards Abbadon once more, but the man in the robe sends him flying. But he stands again and goes for it again, this time that man doesn't throw him away. He punches him in the face, and Zayan flies over before he can hit the ground that man grabs Zayan by his leg and smashes him in the ground and then pulls him up just to smash him once again and again and again and again until Zayan starts bleeding and every bone of his body was cracked.
Then he pulls him up and looks him in the eyes, his both eyes were half open and covered in blood, "Why don't you just die, you damn brat?" Then he throws him away. Ariel was still standing there watching everything. He didn't run or he just couldn't out of fear. Ariel heard something moving, when he looked back he saw Zayan standing on his feet.
Both eyes were barely open, blood dripping from head to toe, and his right leg's bone was roaming out from his leg; he dragged the other leg and tried to charge towards Abbadon. "What the hell, are you?" Abbadon asks, "Why are you dead set on defeating me? I haven't done anything to you as far as I can remember." Zayan doesn't stop and keeps dragging his body with one foot.
"I will become Prodigy King and for that to happen I can't let anyone die, without getting what they deserve. No one has any right to pass judgment on them but me." Ariel opens his eyes wide, with shock and a little bit of respect for his firm resolve. "You will protect them so you can become Prodigy King and make them pay, that doesn't make any sense. What made you think I was an enemy, or that I had any intention of harming anyone? You saw me and attacked out of nowhere." Zayan smiles painfully, "I didn't know you were an enemy I just attacked because you looked strong." He smiles again. "You can't use any prodigy, you are a noble but you lack proper combat training, so why would you attack someone stronger than you?"
"Shut up! I don't have time for this little chit-chat; my leg is broken come near me so I can gouge those arrogant eyes of yours." Abbadon laughs out loud; "You are crazy, I like you." Then he looks at the man in a black robe. "Kill them!
If you survive him I might make you the next Prodigy King."
