"The darkest of times often produce the brightest of heroes. Vigilantes are born from desperation, not malice." - Anonymous
The next day, Izuku and Kaina had a beautiful morning in each other's arms as they were in each other's embrace till afternoon, they didn't do anything, just laid down in each other's embrace, feeling each other's warmth, caressing each other, enjoying the embrace.
However, the same couldn't be said about Izuku's mind as it was working on full overdrive figuring everything out, along with all the unforeseen possibilities that could happen to make sure his plan didn't fail.
Meanwhile,
The news of Eiji's death struck Mezo Shoji like a thunderclap, shattering his world into a million pieces. Eiji, his closest friend, his sworn brother, his beacon of hope in a world filled with prejudice and discrimination, was gone.
A sense of grief and anger engulfed Shoji, consuming his every thought and emotion. The pain was unbearable, a frightening emptiness that threatened to consume him entirely. But amidst the despair, a burning desire for revenge ignited within his heart.
Eiji's death was not an accident; it was a deliberate act of cruelty, a senseless act of violence perpetrated by those who feared and despised heteromorphs like them. Shoji refused to let their heinous crime go unpunished. He would bring them to justice, holding them accountable for the life they had so mercilessly extinguished.
Driven by an insatiable thirst for revenge, Mezo embarked on a relentless quest for accountability. He decided to abandon his studies, his friends, and his very identity, consumed by his singular obsession. He transformed himself from a timid, peace-loving boy into a resolute figure, his eyes burning with an unwavering determination. He would bring justice to Eiji, even if it meant sacrificing everything he held dear.
And he was going to do so by attacking the people who were involved with the bullying and his ultimate demise.
Filled with rage, Shoji made a very simple plan. He would infiltrate the headquarters of the people responsible for Eiji's death, gather evidence of their crimes, and expose them to the world. It was a dangerous undertaking, one that could easily end in his own demise, but Shoji was no longer afraid. He had nothing left to lose, and the thought of bringing Eiji's killers to justice fueled his determination.
But what Shoji totally forgot was that the people he was planning to attack were pro heroes and policemen who had been in their field of crime fighting for more years than Shoji's was alive for.
So he totally overlooked how easily he created the plan and how simple he thought it was going to be, to execute it, which wasn't really the case.
And that was where he lost the edge, and his chances of victory came down to a fluke of luck or a beginner's luck level.
Under the cover of darkness, Shoji slipped into the heavily guarded headquarters of Fukuoka Prefecture's Police Department, his movements as silent as a shadow. He had seen the building's layout as he had been there many times. His heteromorphic abilities, which had once been a source of shame and insecurity, now became his greatest asset. His quirk Dupli arms.
Dupli-Arms: Shoji's Quirk grants him a set of tentacles alongside his arms. He can transform the tips of these tentacles to replicate other parts of his body (ex: mouth, ears, eyes). The duplicated body parts are more efficient than the originals; as a result, Shoji can hear better, see-through more angles at a time, and they grant him much higher degrees of strength.
His detection ability from his Quirk is so powerful that he can hear the movements of people despite a sizable distance between them. This feat renders sneak attacks ineffective against Mezo.
He also uses these arms to talk most of the time through duplicate mouths, rather than his actual mouth.
Mezo is also able to extend his tentacles, and, with an arm at the end, can use them like grappling hooks to scale walls, grab onto pipes to quickly evade attacks, or get to a vantage point.
Using his Quirk extensively can be tiring, especially if he is using his arms for prolonged periods.
