Chapter 214 - Chapter 212:- Accounting For One's Crimes

Yoroi groaned in pain, blood trickling from his mouth as he looked up at Izuku with a mixture of fear and defiance. "You… you don't understand… you're too late…" he wheezed.

Izuku's eyes narrowed. "What do you mean?"

Yoroi coughed, a twisted smile forming on his bloodied lips. "The experiments… they were successful… some of them… they've already been shipped out… the boss… he's building an army… an army of artificially created quirk users…"

Izuku's grip tightened on Yoroi's collar, his anger barely contained. "What kind of experiments?"

Yoroi let out a pained laugh. "We… we were forcefully injecting quirk factors… into quirkless people… trying to awaken quirks… most of them didn't survive… but the ones that did… they're powerful… The boss has plans… big plans…"

Izuku's jaw clenched as the weight of Yoroi's words sank in. The thought of innocent people being subjected to such inhumane experiments made his blood boil. He leaned closer, his voice a deadly whisper. "Where are they? Where is your boss?"

Yoroi's eyes flickered with fear, but he remained silent, refusing to betray his boss. Izuku's patience snapped, and he slammed Yoroi into the ground once more, causing the man to cry out in pain. "Where are they? Where is your boss?" Izuku demanded, his voice filled with fury.

Yoroi gasped for breath, his resolve finally breaking under the pressure. "They… they're being moved… to a secret location… I don't know where… only the boss knows…"

Izuku stared down at the broken man, his heart filled with a mix of anger and sorrow. He knew Yoroi was telling the truth, but it didn't make the situation any less dire. He released Yoroi, letting him slump to the ground, barely conscious.

"Consider yourself lucky," Izuku said coldly. "You'll be a benchmark for your boss, cause he's going to get a death worse than you're going to get."

Izuku started with strapping him to the chair, injecting him with tons of quirk factors, overloading his system with quirk factors, while his screams of pain just kept increasing by the second.

As Izuku kept hitting his fingers with the hammer, then knives, one by one tearing his limbs, leaving his limbs and fingers in such a state where they are technically dangling in air, nearly cut from hand, with a small chunk of flesh connecting his fingers from hand.

Just like that his whole body was cut in such a way where they were barely intact, and a simple push could cause his limbs, fingers, legs and everything else to separate from the torso.

And mind you while Izuku did all this, Yoroi was alive, Izuku had injected a drug which caused him to feel all the emotions multiplied, by the end of Izuku's treatment, Yoroi had long lost his voice, blood gushed from everywhere, be it his eyes, nose, mouth, ear, throat, all his limbs, he was barely alive, with the amount of blood loss, he could kick the bucket in minutes.

Izuku finally smashed Yoroi's head into the ground, the force was so strong that his skull cracked open, his head torn with his brain matter oozing out of his head, effectively killing him.

Collecting all the dead bodies he decided to display them for public view, just like how Izuku had done it for all of his previous victims.

While Izuku was preparing things for Kyoto to see, Fuyumi collected all the survivors, aligned them, and teleported them all together. Once she reached Hiroshima she watched as the survivors, weary and scared, began to fill the hospital Shoji had prepared.

The teleportation had disoriented some of them, but relief was clear on their faces now that they were safe. Shoji was already there, guiding the group with calm, steady instructions.

"Come this way, everyone," Shoji called out, his voice gentle but firm. "We have doctors ready to help you."

The first of the survivors were children, some barely able to stand, their bodies weak from malnutrition and injury. Fuyumi's heart broke as she saw their small, trembling forms.

She gently placed a hand on one little girl's shoulder, offering a reassuring smile. "You're safe now. The doctors are going to help you get better."

The girl looked up at Fuyumi with wide, tear-filled eyes, clinging to her hand for a moment before being gently guided by a nurse to a nearby examination room.

Adults and older teens followed, their expressions a mix of exhaustion and numbness. Many bore visible scars, not just physical but emotional, and psychological as well.

They moved like ghosts, their eyes hollow from the horrors they had endured. Some walked silently, while others whispered thanks to Fuyumi and Shoji as they were led to different treatment areas.

One man, limping heavily, paused in front of Fuyumi. His face was gaunt, with dark circles under his eyes, and his voice was hoarse as he spoke. "Thank you... I thought we'd never get out."

Fuyumi nodded, her own voice soft. "You don't need to thank me. I'm just glad you're safe now."

The man nodded weakly, a tear slipping down his cheek as he said, "May god bless you with a fulfilling life, and you get all the happiness of life," as he was helped away by another nurse.

Shoji turned to Fuyumi, his many arms extending as he reached out to gently guide another survivor. "They've all been through so much. But the doctors here are some of the best. They'll take care of them."

Fuyumi watched as the doctors and nurses quickly set to work, examining injuries, dressing wounds, and offering food and water. She noticed one young boy, sitting alone on a bed, his eyes staring blankly at the wall. His arm was bandaged, but he didn't seem to notice the pain.

She approached him slowly, kneeling down to meet his gaze. "Hey, are you okay?" she asked softly.

The boy didn't respond at first, his eyes still distant. Fuyumi waited patiently, not wanting to startle him. After a moment, he finally turned to look at her, his voice barely a whisper. "They… they hurt us… they hurt everyone… I don't know why… my sister went missing 2 days after they took her, she's the only family I have."

Fuyumi's chest tightened as she reached out to gently touch his hand. "I'm so sorry for what happened to you. But you're safe now, and no one's ever going to hurt you again, what's your and your sister's name, maybe we can find your sister."

The boy looked at her for a long moment before nodding slowly, though his eyes remained haunted. "I'm Tatsuya, and my sister is Nezumi. Will… will I ever see my family again?"

Fuyumi's heart ached at the question. "We'll do everything we can to help you find her and reunite you with her. I promise."

Shoji approached, placing a comforting hand on Fuyumi's shoulder. "We'll keep looking. Everyone who's been rescued will get the care they need."

Fuyumi nodded, grateful for Shoji's steady presence. She stayed by the boy's side for a little longer, offering him quiet reassurance, before standing to check on the others.

She moved through the hospital, making sure that every single person was being treated. Some were already being led to operating rooms, others were given beds to rest in while their wounds were cared for.

The air was filled with a mix of quiet sobs, the rustling of medical supplies, and the low murmur of doctors and nurses at work.

Fuyumi took a deep breath, feeling the weight of their suffering but also the relief that they were now in safe hands. She turned to Shoji, who had been helping to direct the flow of patients. "Is everyone being treated?"

Shoji nodded, his expression serious but determined. "Yes, they're all getting the care they need. We've got this under control."

Fuyumi gave him a small, grateful smile. "Thank you, Shoji. I'll let Izuku know that everything here is okay."

Shoji smiled back, his tone reassuring. "Go on, Fuyumi san. We'll handle things from here."

Fuyumi took one last look around, making sure that everyone was safe and being cared for. She nodded to Shoji and activated the switch. In an instant, she was back in the suite, the room quiet and still.

She stood there for a moment, letting the silence wash over her, before moving to sit on the edge of the bed.

She knew Izuku was still out there, finishing what they had started, but for now, she was content knowing that those people were finally safe.

She pressed the switch, closed her eyes, feeling the weight of the day's events settle in, and waited for Izuku to return, as she laid on the bed.
