Chapter 6 - Chapter - 6 (A Strange Door)

In a castle, a woman concealed in black attire appeared inside a room. She wore a tailored black collared dress and a pointed hat that covered her face. Around her body, there were some signs of being injured.

She sat cross-legged, and an illusory dark fog enveloped her body. The dark fog mysteriously healed her wounds around the skin, as the skin appeared cleaned.

She suddenly opened her eyes, went near the window, and stared towards the stars. Ten stars moved in the sky forming a triangular-shaped symbol. The woman's lips trembled, "My Lord!"

"In the Lower Block, East Dhangadhi, a red gleam illuminated Eric's drawer. The crystal within it was shining, and a red eye appeared on the crystal. Suddenly, the eye shot a ray of light towards Eric."

"At this time, Eric who was sleeping, in a peaceful dream suddenly disappeared from his bed.

In a mysterious place, Eric suddenly appeared, standing on his feet. His eyes were closed as he was asleep. Unbalanced, as he was about to fall, he woke up and controlled himself from falling.

"Where am I?" He cautiously turned around. He couldn't see anything other than a purple fog covering his surroundings.

"Wasn't I sleeping? Is this a dream?" He pondered the mystery of this place. "Is this really a lucid dream, or am I truly transported into this place?" He even pinched himself to find out if this was a dream. "If it was a lucid dream, I wouldn't have felt anything when I pinched myself. I think I really got transported here since I can feel pain."

But how?

"Should I explore this purple fog?" Making up his mind to unravel the mysteries of the fog and find clues for returning to the real world, Eric walked into the deep purple fog. Inside the fog where he couldn't even see his body, he continued until he found nothing. There wasn't a single clue to escape this purple fog. The more he walked, the more it felt like he was walking in circles. It seemed less like he was walking and more like the fog was moving around him.

After walking for many hours, he stopped. "The exploration is futile. This purple fog doesn't seem to have any end."

Eric sat on the floor, contemplating. "Since the purple fog doesn't have an end, there must be other ways," he thought.

Then, he recalled every detail about when he came to this place. He remembered that he was still sleeping when he arrived, and he woke up before he fell.

"Could it be?" he exclaimed.

Then, he closed his eyes and lay on the purple fog, letting himself fall asleep. If this works, he can return.

Sometime later, while Eric was still sleeping, a red eye appeared on his forehead. His body unconsciously stood up, and he walked ahead. The way he moved gave the impression that it wasn't him walking, but the purple fog itself. Sometimes later, the entire purple fog gathered around and formed a triangular illusory door.

The illusion changed into reality, and the illusory purple door became apparent. A corporeal tall two-way door loomed in front of unconscious Eric.

"A tall two-way door, inscribed with runes and 'unknown' symbols, appeared in his sight."

Suddenly, the red eye on his forehead closed, and he fell to the ground. Eric opened his eyes, feeling the pain in his body.

"Did I fall? It hurts," he thought as he examined his surroundings. Then, he saw a door in front of his eyes.

"Eh, a door!" Eric was stunned but captivated by the door before him.

"A door? Where am I?" Turning around, he couldn't see any purple fog or even the way out. There was pitch-black darkness, and he was standing in front of the door.

"Is this the way out of this place?" He was a little excited, thinking he finally found an exit. However, his joy disappeared when he saw a huge skull embodied in the center of the door.

"I just escaped from the fog and got stuck at the door."

"Should I just close my eyes again?

I walked in front of the door, under the Giant skull. Two sentences became apparent. I recognized these words as they were written in Sanskrit, an ancient language.

"The God Of Empty Throne"

"The Deity Of Giant"

The allure of these sentences seemed to resonate with my soul, evoking a warm and pleasurable sensation. Despite the mystery shrouding the door and its murals, an unexplainable satisfaction washed over me, leaving me intrigued and captivated by the enigmatic energy emanating from these words.

"This! Sanskrit? How did it appear here?" Eric became shocked.

"This was the ancient language of my previous world. Sanskrit, an ancient language of Hinduism. All the history of Gods and Goddesses were written in Sanskrit." Then, he pondered if this door had some connections with his past world and his transmigration. This revelation heightened the mystique surrounding the door, sparking curiosity about the powerful entity it might be connected to.

I must explore this mystery. He made up his mind for any possible outcome.

"I walked ahead to open the door, pushing it, but the door didn't even budge. It seems stuck and wouldn't open with just pushing," Eric observed.

There was a skull in the center of the door, accompanied by titles of some being. This didn't give him any clue. Then, he approached the inscriptions. As his fingertips made contact with them, a peculiar purple aura gently enveloped them, establishing a connection with its mystery.

Suddenly, the Giant skull engraved in the door shot a ray of purple gleam directly into mine, causing me to close my eyes in pain. When I reopened them, I found myself in another strange place.

In front of me, a Supreme Being was seated on the Purple Throne. On his right, a woman covered in purple fog; on his left, a woman covered in dark fog stood.

In front of the being seated on the purple throne, five Giants knelt. Their expressions were a mix of shock and fear.

Forgive us My Lord.

We were wrong.

We.... Father!

The Giant Being on the throne opened his expressionless eyes, stretching his hand, he slashed it towards them. All the heads of the five Giants kneeling on the floor were severed. The two women around the Giant Being watched this dead scene with their expressionless eyes. The Giant Being sighed, even the Mortal has Greed! God had Greed! And what are the Giants?

The Supreme Being suddenly turned towards me, our eyes met, and 'he' smiled at me. Then, the scene shattered like glass. Gasping for breath, I found myself back in reality. Turning the lamp on, I reached for a glass of water on the table, seeking to quench the lingering thirst from this dream.

The mysterious encounter with the door left my thoughts in chaos. Questions swirled in my mind—what was that door?  Who was that being? Are those the memories of that being?

After getting transmigrated, Eric finally finds a clue related to the supernatural. Despite living in this world for more than a week, he hasn't had any encounters with supernatural entities.

The Ancient Sanskrit written on the door, how did it appear in this world? And those titles written in Sanskrit, are they the titles of that Supreme being? The mysteries of that dream left me perplexed, as if it held a clue to my reincarnation. It took some considerable time, but I eventually regained my calm from this unknown nightmare.

"Huh, what's this crimson light?" Only then did he notice that his room was bathed in a crimson hue. Turning towards the source, he saw the red crystal he had picked up in the sewer shining inside his drawer.

"It's shining?" But there wasn't any mark inside the crystal. He had a bad premonition. "It's only the ninth day of my transmigration. I am already surrounded by these mysteries which I can't explore. Am I already starting to see superpowers? I know that's cool, but I don't have any knowledge about it. Power without knowledge is chaos."

He slowly touched the shining crystal, afraid that something unforeseen will happen, he was extremely cautious. His index finger make a contact with the red crystal but nothing happened.

Then, he put the crystal into a piece of black cloth and put it inside the drawer. Thinking that it should be a cursed item or maybe it was an item that gave him that unknown nightmare, he decided to check it when he has certain knowledge.

Also if someone saw his room gleaming in red light, that will create a problem.

Putting these thoughts in the back of his head, he got up and dressed himself. It was still seven in the morning. Then, he made some bread. Finishing the cooking after half an hour, he started eating.
