For hours, the two of them danced, partied, and head-banged within the illusory crowd. Elora had managed to make things very realistic, especially since their supernatural senses were suppressed, and it showed on Emily's face.
She was quickly getting lost in the past. Erik had never seen her so happy. She stopped thinking about all the crap she went through since the awakening, and simply enjoyed this time with the man she loved. The pressure corruption had put on her mind for years now had never been so low.
'I've never seen her smile so freely,' Erik thought appreciatively as they moved with the rhythm. He enjoyed seeing her like this.
The party continued for hours, with several others bands making an appearance. During the short intermissions, Emily would talk about her time before the awakening—how she'd sneak out together with Seraphina to go to places just like this one.
