Unsurprisingly, the vampires left behind in Alta were some of the most loyal and guilty among Sigurd's followers. Thus, by the end of this second judgement day, only a handful of the originally more than hundred vampires were left.
Fortunately, it only took an hour or two due to the low number of Sigurd's cronies compared to the first judgement day. The fact was, the covenant Erik and Elora had made with Katya was starting to nag at them, and they had to leave for England soon if they wanted to avoid any backlash.
So, after all the vampires were judged and the most guilty were swiftly executed, Erik and his group kicked out the survivors, and told them to wait down in Alta with the rest of them. Now, only the group who originally arrived by ship were left in the bunker.
