As the handsome man gazed up at the moon, his eyes locked onto its luminescent surface, he could feel the transformation taking hold within him. Sweat dripped from his brow. He knew that when the moon reached its zenith, midnight would strike, and his fate would be sealed. The process was familiar to him, but no less agonizing for being so.
He had always known that he was different, that he possessed a secret that set him apart from others. And yet, despite the many times he had transformed before, the pain never seemed to lessen. It was as if his body was constantly fighting against the change, resisting the pull of the moon's gravitational force.
He checked his comm, the glowing digits displaying 12:00 AM. The moment of truth had arrived. His heart racing, he closed his eyes, bracing himself for the agony that was about to consume him but the transformation was 8x more painful than he expected
" ARRRRGGGGHHH "
At first, it was just his bones that began to melt, their rigid structures giving way to a soft, pliable substance that oozed and flowed like molten lava. His limbs stretched and contorted, twisting into impossible shapes as his joints expanded and flexed. His skin melted away, exposing the raw, pulsing shadow beneath.
But the most striking change was the one that occurred to his face and hands. His nose and mouth elongated, growing sharp and pointed, while his eyes became two black holes of pure flowing rivers of shadow. His fingers extended, merging together to form razor-sharp shadow claws that glinted in the moonlight.
As the transformation progressed, the man's entire body began to take on a shadowy, ethereal quality. It was as though he were made of living darkness itself, his form constantly shifting and rippling like a cloud of smoke. His growls and snarls sounded more like the rustling of leaves than any normal animal noise.
Finally, when the transformation was complete, the man stood at least 12 feet tall, his massive frame dwarfing the surrounding trees. His body was that of a wolf, but not just any ordinary wolf - it was a wolf made entirely out of shifting, flowing shadows. Its fur was darker than the night sky, and its eyes burned with an otherworldly fire.
"AHH-WOOOOOOOO!!!"
The shadow werewolf let out a mighty roar, its voice echoing through the forest like thunder. It was a creature of pure malevolence, a monster born of darkness and moonlight.
As it stalked through the woods, its very presence seemed to suck the light out of everything around it, leaving behind only cold, impenetrable shadows. It was clear that this was no ordinary lycanthrope - it was a creature of ancient, arcane power, a true terror of the night.

Emily rushed into the closest Supermart, she still had her black jumpsuit, the undergarment of her Aerion football Unity suit. she pushed aside the throngs of people. She was on a mission, driven by a hunger that couldn't be ignored. Her eyes scanned the stalls, searching for what she needed, and finally, she spotted it - a vendor selling raw meat.
She hurried over, her stomach growling audibly as she approached the counter. The old woman behind it looked up, her face wrinkled with age and experience, and gave Emily a knowing smile.
Two packs of raw meat, please," Emily said, her voice tinged with urgency.
The old woman nodded, her hands moving deliberately slow as she wrapped the meat in brown paper. Emily could feel the seconds ticking away, her hunger growing more insatiable by the minute. She clenched her fists, trying to hold back the anxiety that threatened to consume her.
As the old woman processed the payment, Emily couldn't help but feel like she was being mocked. Was she taking pleasure in watching her suffer? But she didn't have time to dwell on it, her focus fixed on the prize ahead.
Finally, the transaction was complete, and Emily grabbed the packages of meat before dashing out of the mart. She ran down a nearby alley, her senses heightened as she devoured the raw flesh, savoring every bite.
It wasn't long before her system registered 100/100 energy, the satisfaction spreading throughout her body. But then, something unexpected happened. A message appeared in front of her, projected onto the air itself.
[A rogue member of your Estuary has evolved into a shadow werewolf]
Emily froze, her mind racing. What did it mean? Who could it be?
Before she could process the information further, another message appeared.
[A member of your Estuary is under the influence of the full moon]

The only light came from the stars twinkling above and the soft glow of the city in the distance. In the midst of this eerie calm, a colossal shadow emerged from the trees. Its massive form moved with fluid grace, despite its enormity, and it gave the impression that it was not merely running, but glideing across the ground. The shadow werewolf's panting breaths created small clouds of vapor in the chilly air.
Its body was constantly shifting, like a living darkness come to life. It seemed to be heading straight for the city, but it was clear that it was following a scent. As it ran, the wind ruffled its fur, creating a strange, ethereal howl.
As it drew closer to the city, two figures materialized in its path. They stood side by side, their faces set with determination and fearlessness.
The handsome middle-aged man with the strange uniform, whose name tag read Night Hue, had short black hair, pale skin and a serious look to him while his female partner, Milena Nimper, she displayed an arrogant air of importance. Unfortunately, she seemed to not be shy about it either, they were both wearing red suit with black trim.
"What the hell is that?" Milenna asked, her voice full of awe and a tint of fear. "It's massive, like an alpha!"
Night shook his head, his eyes fixed on the werewolf. "It looks like a nightmare creature, but... well, we shouldn't underestimate it."
Without hesitation, Milenna lunged forward, transforming into a brown wolf in mid-air. Her clothes ripped apart as she shifted, revealing her powerful new form. Compared to the shadow werewolf, she was tiny, only four feet tall, but she was determined to take down the monster.
She dodged the werewolf's huge claws with ease and moved to the side, preparing to deliver a striking blow. But as she struck, her Claws passed right through the shadowy body as if it didn't exist. She landed gracefully on her feet, her tail swishing behind her as she skidded to a stop.
Meanwhile, Night hands began to glow with a faint red light, and a knife of hardened blood formed in his grasp. A blood chain connected his hand to the weapon, allowing him to control it with deadly precision, with a swift movement, he lunged forward, swinging the blood knife in a wide arc.
The knife sliced through the air, leaving a trail of blood in its wake. But to their surprise, it phased right through the shadow werewolf without causing any harm. The monster didn't even flinch.
Night and Milenna stared at each other in shock, unsure of what to do next. They knew they couldn't defeat the werewolf with their current tactics, but they refused to back down. They braced themselves for another attack, knowing that they had to find a way to take down the beast before it reached the city.
