There were eleven different techniques in the palace, two of which were at the Core Formation Realm, one for each of the Wood Spirit Root and Metal Spirit Root. The remaining nine were at the Foundation Establishment Realm, encompassing all five elements: metal, wood, water, fire, and earth.
The ancient books were mostly travelogues, ancient legends, or textbooks.
Upon seeing these techniques and ancient books, Su Yu felt joyful in his heart and nodded to himself silently, saying, "These will enhance the foundation of my family".
While he did not need these items, he could keep them for the Su Family.
