As night falls, the city of Washington drowns in the neon glow of the various buildings, like many other major cities around the world. It is beautiful, but it lacks a natural closeness. In this environment, it is hard for one to look up and see the stars scattered in the sky.
As people were immersing themselves in another night of wild nightlife like they usually do, inside a neo-classic sandstone building at 1600 Northwest Pennsylvania Avenue, located in the Columbia District of Washington, the lights were blazing bright. The epitomes of the political world were sitting in a meeting room in the White House, their faces serious.
