The word "you" had barely left the colonel's mouth when the hands that were reaching for his waist suddenly went limp.
Chen Yang supported the unconscious colonel with one hand, preventing him from collapsing to the ground due to the loss of consciousness.
Fortunately, the floor that Chen Yang entered didn't have much traffic. And given the vast expanse of the place, where the light didn't fully cover the entire area, no one noticed when Chen Yang took down the colonel in the quiet corner.
"So this ID can't be used to access this area, huh?"
Quickly getting out of his clothes and into the colonel's uniform, Chen Yang's face changed into the colonel's within the blink of an eye.
"Sorry, but you're going to need a good night's sleep."
Looking left and right, Chen Yang placed the unconscious colonel in the ventilation duct above, where unless he woke up by himself, nobody coming and going would be aware of a poor colonel passed out in the vents above them.
