In November of 2018, the "Explorer" space station had expanded more than tenfold from its original size. Yet, this was still far from sufficient. Despite the availability of antimatter power generation, the amount of necessary stored electricity was still staggeringly high, as was the number of required nanobatteries.
So, by October of 2019, the station, having expanded fifty times over, could even be seen from the Northern Hemisphere with astronomic telescopes during good weather conditions. Under the reflection of the dawn sunlight, its outline could vaguely be made out with the naked eye.
