Just as Chen Yang was engrossed in his "work", a very "harmonious" conversation was taking place at a small dock on the outskirts of East Sea City.
One of the participants in the conversation was a man in his twenties.
He donned a green T-shirt, maintained a crew cut, and sported a three-centimeter scar below his eyes and brows.
His nose was slightly sunken and the corners of his mouth were a bit skewed. Judging by his appearance and attire, one could tell that this man would certainly have an ominous and intimidating effect on passersby in the dark. Parents would usually advise such children to avoid walking alone at night.
The other man might not be described as extraordinary in terms of looks or attire, yet when compared to the young lad, he seemed like someone who must have accumulated much good karma in his previous life to be this fortunate in this one.
"Brother, do you really not trust me?"
