As night falls, tens of thousands of lights illuminate the city, causing the tall buildings to be adorned with jewel-like clothes as if one by one, they were decorated with gems. The streets transform into galaxies full of twinkling stars, with countless cars gliding down the brightly lit roads, forming a long line of steel dragons.
At nine o'clock, the sharp sound of police sirens tears through the sky above Dalian, and numerous police cars, sirens wailing, speed down the main roads, forcing all other vehicles to make way.
Then... as dozens of police cars reach a junction, they divide into three groups, heading in three different directions. Two groups go to two underground boxing rings in the suburbs of Dalian, while the remaining one heads towards a five-star hotel located by the sea — the Seaside International.
