All because of the fifth anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China.
To celebrate the fifteenth anniversary of Hong Kong's return, the higher-ups placed great importance on it. They sent the second in command from the State Council to hold a meeting in Hong Kong, and also invited top enterprises from the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan, and the old industrial zone in the Northeast to attend the "Celebration of the Fifteenth Anniversary of Hong Kong's Return Business Exchange Event" held by the Hong Kong Administrative Region in the afternoon of July 1st.
