From a distance, Ming stood on the shore, for by now he had regained his strength,
having consumed some of the Monster Beast essence blood stored within his body.
He looked toward the lake, where he had been very worried about Ren Feifan, especially since Ren Feifan had been dragged to the bottom of the lake by that Monster Beast!
His life or death was unknown!
Ming didn't know how he could be of help, and he felt a trace of regret in his heart.
His own strength was still too weak to shield and protect his master from the elements.
If only he had the strength to defeat the Monster Beast, things would have been different.

Suddenly, he saw a young man burst out of the water, clutching an ancient longsword in his hand!
