Wanfo Mountain in Lin City.
Wanfo Mountain is ranked first in Lin City. In ancient times, it was known as Lishan; according to folklore, Shun, one of the ancient mythical emperors, once farmed at the foot of Lishan, hence the name Shun Mountain or Shungeng Mountain.
A thousand years ago, Lin City was home to a living Buddha who propagated Buddhism in the surrounding areas of the city.
Subsequently, amidst earnest Buddhist followers, an abundance of stone buddhas were carved into the cliffs of a mountain where a grand Buddhist temple was built, earning the mountain its name, Wanfo (Ten-Thousand-Buddha) Mountain.
Upon Ren Feifan's arrival, he noticed that the vicinity of the mountain base was already cordoned off with various warning tape. There were even a few police officers guarding the area.
Undeterred, Ren Feifan prepared to proceed, only to be stopped by two police officers.
