Zhang Tai, accompanied by Wuming, had just entered the study when Han Wangfu hurriedly got up and poured a cup of hot tea for Wuming.
Wuming didn't stand on ceremony, plopping down on the wooden chair carved with two dragons, he lifted the teacup. The tea was too hot, and while blowing on it, he asked, "Elder Han, speak up, what do you want me to do?"
It was clear to Wuming that Han Wangfu had kept him around to do his bidding.
Zhang Tai initially wanted to speak up since the chair Wuming sat in belonged to Han Wangfu, and Han Wangfu never allowed anybody to sit in that chair. It was as if an ancient emperor who wouldn't allow others to sit in his dragon throne, upon which the penalty was death.
Han Wangfu waved his hand, and only then did Zhang Tai not voice what he had intended to say.
