Another gunshot from the robber silenced the bustling room instantly.
"Everyone, down on the ground! I warn you all, anyone moves an inch, makes any noise, my gun won't fire into the air anymore!" The lead robber shouted menacingly.
People could do nothing but obediently squat, the tension in the hall was explosive. Everyone was so frightened they didn't even dare to breathe. Even if they cried, they had to hush their voices, fearing that the slightest mistake would attract a bullet.
