Haixing University is a private undergraduate university that boasts the strongest faculty in all of Hangcheng, owing to its high salary scale.
Students at Haixing University mainly fall into two categories; one part is composed of the offspring of Hangcheng's aristocracy, most of which gain admission through the back door; the other part comprises ordinary students, who gain admission either as talented students or due to academic excellence. The latter group usually relies on scholarships to pay their tuition fees. After all, Haixing University, as an elite university in Hangcheng, has exorbitant tuition fees that ordinary families simply cannot afford.
Haixing University adopts a semi-closed management mode; when it's time for class, the school's gates are closed.
